Shipping, Deliveries & Orders

We work to a lead time of 3-6 working days to get your order posted out, and Royal Mail aim to deliver orders within their set timescales. We are a small, family run bookshop, meaning we don't have the time, storage space and manpower of the larger online giants at our disposal, which is why we take a little bit longer to post our orders out. We take care and pride in our books, to make sure they're sent out properly, and we wouldn't have it any other way!

All our books are sent via Royal Mail Service. Smaller orders are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and secured in a polythene mailing bag, and larger orders are packed in cardboard boxes and secured with shrink wrap for weather proofing. Your books are fully insured from the moment they leave us, for both yours and our peace of mind. 

Shipping prices are weight dependent (e.g. shipping is cheaper for smaller orders.)

We don't accept returns and cancellation refunds can only be issued within 24 hours of order if you change your mind.
